Summer is Coming

Hello friends and followers.

This morning it's almost 50 degrees out. Such a relief. Things are thawing out, including moi Once I see some color again I hope to get my camera back out. It's been lonely sitting in its case all winter.  It's not so much that the weather was bad, it's more that it's been an unusually busy winter work-wise.

Regarding the title of this journal, well, I think its time for a change. Perhaps I will go through my massive gallery of pictures and keep only the ones I'm most proud of. I've accumulated many different photos over the years and some are "artistic" while others I just wanted to share with my viewers. Almost 10 years of photos does add up though. I've been debating using the "folders" part of DA. Just to categorize my photos a bit. I don't really know how I feel about this as I don't necessarily like it when I go to someones gallery and have to browse through folders to see thier work. I'm thinking just thinning out the gallery will be enough. I'd be glad to hear your opinions and suggestions.

I must get back to work now. I look forward to getting out in the wilderness again and finding some beautiful nature scenes to entertain you all with. Take care my friends. I shall return.
