Thank you so much. He was hit by a car and suffered a neck injury.. Hence, why his head is tilted like that. :-)

Hey, lets find some wood and hammer a frame around this beautiful photo :)
Found this while looking for the Falls link - the link you gave me didnt work so i'm left wandering around amidst your work, oh and i'm not complaining :)

Its impossible not to favourite all of them. You should really make calendars, i'd buy one :)
You can self publish a book or calendar at Lulu...for a small fee and they do all the work .

That's one bird i have yet to see in my back yard is an owl. I have hawks, which i chase out for they want to eat my Jays, Buntings, Grackles.. Crows and sometimes even my squirrels and chipmunks.

Love this!

Awww. Thanks so much. I used to do a photoshop frame around all my photos. As you start going back through my gallery you will see them. I stopped because when I went to submit them to other places, they didn't want frames and I'd have to re-do the photo. It's funny but I don't have even one of my photos in my house.

This guy from Portugal made a drawing of this photo. I was honored. It's here- [link]

I did actually create a book. Mainly for myself (It's too expensive to expect anyone else to buy it) at- [link] It's called Through My Eyes (not the most original title, I know, Lol). I know when you submit photos on here, there's actually a link to make calendars, I'll have to read up on it more. Right time of year to do it for sure.

Thanks.

thanks for the link to your book, i'm a writer and have one published also :)
I would buy the hard cover ....it would show case the photos better i think. But a calendar would be more affordable...for everyone i think to enjoy your photos every month when they change the page. Great gift too for christmas....and advertising for your talent...

Thanks. I did check out your book. It looks like a fun read. Were you referring to a calendar on here or through a publishing company? I think the hardest thing for me would be to pick the photos I'd want. I have well over 50,000 photos on my computer. :-)

hey there,

It wouldnt be hard...just start with January..good start eh for a calendar...ok, so - start with January, find a shot that shows what Jan. weather is like or the essence of that particular month and use it. You've not a bad shot in all of your gallery - you really should make me sick with how good you are for i wanna be that good (just my wickedness) ..i am envious but you dont make me sick at all :) I love your photos and i've shown them to my friends and sisters...
I'm just now learning photo shop...

Lulu a self publishing company, although i havent tried it but a few of my friends have - it just may be less expensive. I will check out the prices...and let you know. I do think its affordable.
I was thinking of making calendars too from my photos for christmas presents for my friends and family - a very nice personal gift i think.

Thanks for the tip. I notice DA also gives you an option to make calendars for sale when you upload photos. I'm not sure if you have to upload new, specific photos for it or if you can use your photos from the gallery. It would be nice if you could just select your photos and tell it to make it. I'll look into that Lulu site too. I think they would make great gifts.

I'm flattered you like my photos so much. I do realize some of them are really nice but I tend to always view them with a critical eye. There are always things in hindsight I can do or could have done to make them better. (It's the perfectionist in me).

If you would like any tips on photoshop or have questions, feel free to note me. I'm not great at it but I do know my way around it.
